Question: What are some of the most common types of appeal cases in Wisconsin?

Answer: Any case that has constitutional issues is going to be more likely to be appealed in a lot of ways. Criminal and traffic cases, which we handle a lot of, do raise a lot of appellate issues; those constitutional issues come up frequently in criminal and traffic cases, and so there are often appellate issues raised in our cases.
