Question: Where will my federal case be heard in Wisconsin?

Answer: In Wisconsin there is the western district of Wisconsin. That court is in Madison, and it covers everything in the entire state, basically from the Madison area over all the way to the west. The eastern district of Wisconsin, which is the strip to the east of Madison and over, is held in Milwaukee or in Green Bay. They do have one judge that sits in Green Bay and then the remaining judges in the eastern district are in Milwaukee.
