Question: What are drug schedules in Wisconsin?

Answer: Drug schedules are classifications that drugs are placed in. The higher level—so Schedule I would be the highest level—are supposed to be the most dangerous to users with a higher risk of dependency and little to no legitimate medical use. The lower levels going down to IV and V are common prescription medications, and they’re all classified at various levels.
