Attorney Darrin Crawford is an experienced litigation attorney. Attorney Crawford is licensed to practice law in Michigan and Wisconsin.
Before joining TWA, Attorney Crawford was the local attorney manager with the State Public Defender’s Kenosha office. As attorney manager, Attorney Crawford directed the criminal defense of clients accused of every type and level of criminal violation(s).
In addition, Attorney Crawford’s math and science background provide a unique lens that informs his legal advocacy. Notably, he has reviewed and examined medical and psychological records; performed strategic direct and cross-examinations of medical and other experts; and advised colleagues of investigative inquiries that help clarify or challenge expert testimony. He is known for his comfort and meticulousness with this material that allows him to effectively litigate complex and nuanced legal issues.
Attorney Crawford is a skilled presenter with a documented commitment to scholarship as evinced through his involvement with various training and lecturing opportunities. Attorney Crawford has spoken locally, regionally, and nationally on a broad range of topics from law enforcement essentials to dealing with race in the courtroom. The depth of his knowledge, and the variety of audiences in which he has presented, demonstrates his ability to be effectively captivating. In addition, he continues his endeavor to develop young attorneys by assisting with moot court and mock trial judging, most notably he served as a judge for the International Rounds of the Philip Jessup Moot Court competition in Washington DC.
Attorney Crawford earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Morehouse College and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
